No its just you. j/k. Timmy's production has gone down the last couple of years b/c their team gets deeper and Tony & Manu have been improving. I agree w/ your assessment that Parker is finally having an all-star year but Timmy is still the focal point w/ his defense + low post scoring.

Not really... It's just that he doesn't need to do anymore than he is doing right now, Spurs are a great team. They are just saving him for the playoffs.

The Spurs don't depend on him nearly as much as they once did.

Re: Is it just me.....Duncan is having a bad year!!

its the injuries....a blind man can see he's not as athletic as he was 3/4 years ago. Its the foot this season, the ankle(s) last season & a knee the year before. His impact probably the same but he plays on great team with really good players and a great coach so they're winning at same clip....hell slighty better than last years pace..

Lord, I wish KG had these circumstances to play under...if he did he might be worthy of an all-star spot

I know plenty of old timers and HOFer's that claimed defense in the late 90's and early 2000's weren't as good as the 80's. Wilt once said he'd average 70 ppg in the modern-day NBA because defenses were so much worse. Pippen once said KG was a stats guy who disappears down the stretch of games. Bill Walton once said Rasho was a better interior defender than Tim Duncan because Tim Duncan was on the bench at the time. Barkley once said Argentina was located north of the Indian ocean.

Eventhough Tim isn't having as good a year as he can, he should still start over Dirk. Elton Brand imo, is more deserving than both.
