(I'm guessing Kobe has a "medical need", but rookies and scrubs do not.)

god i hate that. its just like the NFL banning excessive celebrations in the end zone. who cares? its not killing anyone.... its not like i want to see people in tights but im for allowing an player to express themselves individually. i wanna see chad johnson and terrell owens top each other week after week on the creativity of their TD celebration

The thing i hate the most about this fad is that its more of a status symbol. Its mostly just the marque players like VC, Lebron, Wade, Kobe doing it. Its like the Matt Bonner's of the league wouldn't even have the nerve to infringe on the star players territory and wear tights. Unlike long shorts, shaved heads tatoos, and iverson's arm band, this fad looks ****ty. Tights look like **** when worn under shorts.

And Rip Hamilton should have to get rid of the mask by now too. lol

I don't even notice these. There isn't one person on Earth who won't watch an NBA game because of ****ing tights.

If a player on my favorite team thinks they help keep his legs loose, then I want him to wear them.
