Leandro is faster and also a better shooter. Harris is smarter and plays better defense.
So, it really depends on what your team needs more of. But I personally would take Harris over Barbosa everytime.

I dunno, both are pretty quick, but Barbosa is a much better offensive player. Harris can't shoot out further than 18 feet and evne his shot from there comes and goes, hes a pretty good passer though but he makes some boneheaded decisions sometimes. He's also a better defender than Barbosa. Its a pretty tough choice but I think Barbosa is a better player right now.

i go barbosa but how he plays right now... but later in their carreer i reckon devin harris will be better...
but based on performance right now.... its barbosa

well, IMO theyre pretty close to being the same player but LB has a better long range shot and Harris has more tony parker-esque layups

I read somewhere that Harris was one of the fastest, if not THE fastest player in the NBA, along with Barbosa and Tony Parker.
I don't think you can really factor speed.

Devin Harris has a midrange game... he just hasn't developed confidence in it on this level yet... it took him a few years of high school to adjust, it took him a few years of college ball to adjust... by year three or four he'll be putting up some impressive numbers
