Yea, the NBA has obviously chosen Detroit and Chicago to bring the East out of the slump, I think the Bulls are still fairly far though

I'm scared. What the hell is this crap with Cleveland getting really young and possibly... really good?
And Detroit, best team in the East gets second pick? THAT SHOULD BE AGAINST THE RULES!!!
How is Chicago gonna be the best team in the East for a long long time? Ack...
P.S. 4 years and you can just call it the BEASTERN CONFERENCE!!!!!

Ouch. However, with the upcoming San Antone, Chi-town and Det-wah dynasties, the Nets best chance to win the title is NOW.

I think the Nets have just as good of a chance in the future as they do now.

"-Lakers trade 24th pick + combination of players (ie: Fisher, Fox, Horry, Slava, Walker, whoever) and move up in the draft to get us in a position to draft Leandro Barbosa."
That would truly amazing, I'd trade both picks plus anything other than shaq/kobe for barbosa

Chicago would be powerful and legitimate playoff contenders if they trade for Garnett.

It will be over if Darko develops quickly and/or the Spurs sign Jermaine O'Neal.

I am pretty sure the Spurs will seek out Jermaine O'neal. I don't know why everyone feels kidd is such a lock, New jerseys players are tailor made for him, look at all those people that run the court! San Antonio's system just isn't as good a fit for him. Uzi and Duncan though would be friggin phenomnal.

damn, robg? right again. the guy has some wild ideas, but he speaks truth!! good stuff man.
i thought he was picking indiana though?... but yes they both do indeed have a great future. drako with the pistons will be very scary. if spurs get a 3 they could be nasty. if they sign kidd they could trade parker for say, kedrick brown, or cliffy, or say griffin from houston, to complete the last piece of thier puzzle.
Yeh that sounds good ginaboli and parker for eddie griffin and moochie

agreed. Kidd would take Duncan out of his A-game, or vice versa. They wouldn't work well together I dont think.
With D-rob retiring, that leaves malik rose, tim duncan, kevin willis (old)...and who else in the post? Ferry?
Oneal would be a nice pickup, NICE
