It looks pretty scary, but this one is plain nasty...

Henrik Larsson breaks his leg

McGahee immediately came to mind for me, too. Best wishes to Livingston, but damn I hope they don't show that on TV again, not something I'd like to keep seeing.

Man that looked like it hurt... But gotta hand it to him... As he was being carted off he wasn't writhing in pain, he looked more disappointed that he was probably going to be out for a long time.

Re: Shaun Livingston's Injury (Graphic Material)

Ed McCaffrey's broken leg was disgusting to watch. Has anyone ever watched one of the rodeos they televise on ESPN2 from time to time? You'll see some nasty broken bones.

Oh and Joe Theisman.
I've seen the same thing in that one show called "slamball" (basketball with trampolines), the guy landed oddly on his foot on a trampoline and his foot was completely separated with his ankle, only being held on his body by the skin. If you had scissors you could easily cut the rest of his foot off in one snip.

It's called an open dislocation.

Oh god why did you remind of that. I remember seeing that a few years ago. Dude wasn't even in the league either, it was like tryouts or something if I remember correctly.

Napoleon McCallum is unimpressed.

Don't look it up if you're squeamish. Seriously.

Re: Shaun Livingston's Injury (Graphic Material)

He might never be a consistently effective player in the league because of stuff like that. He landed awkwardly, but not awkwardly enough where that should have happened. He needs to beef up big time if he wants to avoid being the next Jonathan Bender.
