Re: Top 5 Low-Post Players, Offense
If you are thinking in terms of a conventional, back to the basket, low post game, Amare doesn't belong on the list. He really doesn't play that much with his back to the basket, and certainly isn't much of a passer out of the post. Guys like Garnett, Gasol, and Brand (who aren't showing up too much on your lists) are really much better at that game.

Re: Top 5 Low-Post Players, Offense
Elton Brand is almost fully a face up player at this point. Stoudemire definitely will post up and use his quickness (with his terrific spin move) to free himself from defenders and finish. It might not show against the Spurs, but he is a very strong low post player.

Re: Top 5 Low-Post Players, Offense
So a lot of you guys are saying that you'd rather have Al Jefferson in the post to throw to instead of Shaq. That's crazy. You're all crazy.

Shaq isn't more reliable to actually score than these guys, and he's a horrible free throw shooter...so...how many times do you actually get points from throwing him the ball anymore? Lay off the mystique.

On this subject, I prefer to sit back and mock the posts of others. Thanks for asking, though.
