Well, according to the NBA the Magic got nothing out of this trade. Cooks and Evans are still Lakers along with the new Laker Ariza.

I actually think Cook wil be a better player with an anchor like Dwight, not great but he should do a little better then he did in LA.
Ariza should help the lakers aswell

anyways, i have no idea how good Ariza is but he frees up money and a roster spot. woot woot, im rooting for the Lakers to make past first round playoffs this year, which really is meaningless if your not a contender, please upset Dallas or Suns that would be great and validation for Kobe
