Two Triple Doubles In The Same Game
Baron Davis and Caron Butler both recorded triple doubles in the same game tonight. I know Vince and Kidd did it last year, but this was from players on opposing teams. Very nice numbers too
B. Davis 11-21 FG 33pts 11rebs 15asts
C. Butler 12-21 FG 26pts 11rebs 10asts

Re: Two Triple Doubles In The Same Game
Those numbers are sick, but man, both those teams sure do stink.

Re: Two Triple Doubles In The Same Game
entertaining game - still wasn't the same w/out Agent Zero in the line up for the Wiz.
And after starting 0-6, W's have won 4 of 5 games - including 3 out of the first 4 on an East Coast road trip that concludes in Philly tomorrow night.

If the Warriors ever figure out how to play defense, watch out.

Oo, yeah sick numbers. I love it, Butler is on my fantasy team, I was thinking of trading him until Arenas got injured

Re: Two Triple Doubles In The Same Game
Kidd and Carter had insane numbers too when they did it.
From wikipedia:
In a 120–114 overtime win over the Washington Wizards, April 7, 2007, Vince Carter and Jason Kidd became the first teammates in over 18 years to record triple-doubles in the same game since the Chicago Bulls' Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen achieved this feat against the Los Angeles Clippers in 1989. Carter finished with 46 points, a career-high 16 rebounds, and 10 assists. Kidd finished with 10 points, tied a career-high with 16 rebounds, and tied a season-high with 18 assists.
