I don't think any skilled player in the league plays harder than Howard (guys like Ryan Bowen might). He is always puttin forth effort on defense and hustle plays to the point I think he used to wear himself out in the first half, but this year he seems to have stepped it over to the full game.

And it still amazes me that so many announcers or analysts keep saying that the Jazz are a great defensive team, but boring to watch. This team is so much different compared the Stockton/Malone era, but it might still take some years for everyone to realize that they are almost the opposite.

I'd love to see some of that "boring to watch" play mixed in with this version of the Jazz. Scouting report on the Jazz: if your looking for a career night just get warm shooting and attack the post-- the lane up the middle will be open all game long.

Props to both Howard & D-Will. Deron's had a couple of career scoring games lately and has been putting up decent points, how's Howard's scoring been lately? Consistent? On a roll? Or, just happened to play a defenseless Jazz?

it had both to do with the defensive tone of the game, and josh taking advantage & hitting all his open shots while repeatedly getting in the lane so they had to cheat on him.
