The reason the Magic were at the line is because the Bucks hack Howard every possession. The only problem with that is that the only foul shots Dwight gets any more are from intentional fouls. So you can slap his arms and stuff on shots and they won't call it, which is what happened on many occasions tonight, along with pushing Dwight out of bounds when hes under the basket with the ball with no calls.
I also don't understand how the refs let Bogut play finesse defense with flopping on most posessions then pushing slapping defense on other posessions. If he plays one way he shouldn't be allowed to play the other. They sure don't afford Dwight that option.
If Dwight can get that FT percentage up to around 70% teams wont foul him like that, at least they werent doing it at midcourt... to a terrible player. The were fouling him because he is a freak of nature that can dunk on almost any possesion, but cant shoot free throws to save his life.

What, you think teams are gonna allow Howard to just dunk the ball? I watched the game and the Bucks did a pretty decent job defending him. Doesnt hurt when the Magic hit 34% from the field and take 30 threes and hit 10. The reason you lost was guys like Bogans, Turkoglu (whose stats look ok until u see his shooting) and Nelson didnt step up their games. The bench was mediocre. The only guys who rocked up were Howard and Lewis. Ive never been a big Jameer fan, and I wonder if Orlando jumped the gun in locking him away so quickly.
The Magic are in a funk. It happens to all teams at some point, especially young ones. Theyll come around - but they arent playin good ball right now. Dont try to put a damper on the Bucks performance, cause they did what they had to to get the win, and comfortably. Bogut played solid defense on Howard and stepped in and took charges on wild drives by Turk and Evans and the like. Redd played well, Yi played well...they outplayed and out hustled you guys tonight. Just look at that play by Voskuhl that ended up with a Redd 3. Summed up the whole night.
Nobody try and defend the Magic, please, its embarrassing. The fact is, they are doing the same exact thing as last year and its true. They have been losing, and to crappy teams no less. This team got me all hyped for the season thinking they were going to be on top, but it turns out they aren't any different then all the other crappy magic teams. Thanks for another November tease Orlando! Only you guys can do this crap every single year
Why are all these athletic black guys making the NBA who don't care about winning and have no brains?

I thought Bogut did a great job defending tonight. Flopping or not, he did get the position and Magic players did run into him. It wasn't like the guy just falls down without impact. Whether or not the impact was big enough to knock him down is another story, but those were clear offensive fouls.
Magic lacked any kind of intensity defensively for most of the game.
Milwaukee played good transition defense, while Orlando played none.
Dwight was horrid from the line, and didn't dominate offensively or defensively, I think he was frustrated by some of the calls that went against him.
Jameer Nelson needs to start looking to score more once he penetrates and gets into the lane, he looks to dish it at the last minute too much.
Good game Bucks

If you were to offer me 44 million dollars right now, I would offer to give you a ring made out of 3 of my fingers, part of my penis, and any other body part you would like. JO wants to win? Great. If I'd make a penis ring for 44 million dollars, JO would stay in Indy and lose for it as well.

Last 3-4 trips at the end of the third quarter in tonights bucks game Van Gundy orders Jerry Augustine to intentionally foul Dan Gadzuric and put him on the line. I have never seen this done in the third quarter, and I absolutley hate this strategy...for shame Stan Van Gundy.
