There's no "let down" about it -- I feel if you asked people to name the top big men in the history of the NBA, Tim Duncan's name is going to be mentioned along with Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's and Wilt Chamberlain's.

It would be one thing if Duncan was considered on their relative level (one of the very best players ever) but the point was made on their absolute level.

Yet I noticed you would not have had no problem if HKF had made such a comparsion with Duncan and Bill Russell. It sounds more like you're exhibiting some Lakers bias here.

And i will talk to them about a guy who was so fierce that he broke 2 backboards down in his riookie season.

THEN, i will talk to them about Duncam, and Hakeem, and Ewing, and Robinsom.

1.) You're an unabashed Los Angeles Lakers fan, based on all the posts I've seen from you.

3.) This discussion started over you misinterpreting HKF's comments about Tim Duncan's place as one of the best big men in NBA history, and then show a level of disdain with Duncan's name mentioned Chamberlain's and Abdul-Jabbar's.

4.) You said you would not have a problem if HKF compared Tim Duncan with Bill Russell (even though Russell is generally considered Wilt's and Kareem's peer).
