Sometimes i feel it must be stated, because people wondering if Hakeem would won more if it wasn't for Jordan probably forget this...

Well, depending on whether you consider Duncan a PF or a C...Barkley is pretty spot on. He may not be the most entertaining PF of all time, or have the most charisma...but Duncan is effective. 4 rings speak the truth.
Barkley and Malone are tied in my mind, both have an MVP and neither have a title (Did Barkley get one with Houston?).

Re: Barkley: Duncan is the #1 Power Forward of All-Time.
kbird...i know you are probably some senile 80 year old with alzeimers
but how can you say it was simply Malone and Ostertag vs Robinson and Duncan? I can turn the tables on you the same way and say it was Rookie Duncan and Vinny Del Negro vs Super Powered Malone in his prime and the God-Like Stockton in his prime. Oh and Eddie Jones and Glen Rice never ever played on the same team together idiot, how can a historian such as yourself even say that???? How do you not know they were traded for eachother???
I give up with you.

Actually, Karl Malone was a two-time league MVP. And Charles Barkley only made one NBA Finals appearance, with Phoenix in 1993.

Re: Barkley: Duncan is the #1 Power Forward of All-Time.
Ah touche. Im only remembering the lockout shortened MVP of Karl's. I remember Barkley's Phoenix finals appearance against the Bulls, just couldnt remember if he made it in with the Rockets in the mid 90's...obviously not.
Looks like Malone has the edge then. Fair enough.

The point being, the Rockets probably wouldn't of had much of a chance had Jordan been playing then.
