How come everybody says Lebron's teammates suck, but they have one of the highest payrolls in the league!!!???

4th highest payroll this year! Lebron isn't even top 25 in payroll this year for individual players...

You know why the Cavs suck?

Because of Big Z and Larry Hughes. Big Z is a waste of money.

That Cleveland supporting cast is just pathetic and another year that Lebron spends with them is a year wasted in his career
And how would moving to New York improve his supporting cast?

The Cavs don't suck. First off. They went to the Finals last year, and if they get healthy, their play indicates that Lebron can take them again.

It's weird. People just don't understand who the players are on the Cavs that make the team tick. And don't understand where Lebron needs help. They underrate the Cavs frontcourt tremendously. When almost all of their successs, especially in the playoffs is due to the frontcourt. Rebounding, defense, and Lebron.

The weakspot of the team is their backcourt. But their backcourt can defend and is big. The main problem is the offensive incompetence of Hughes and Pavlovic. But when one or both of those guys plays competently, never mind well, they tend to win pretty easily.

The Cavs are really only a few moves away from being a championship team. They need a star in the backcourt to pair with Gibson. And that's pretty much it. If they had got Joe Johnson instead of Larry Hughes I think they would already have won at least one title. Getting Joe Johnson would have been the Pippen move.

I think the Cavs will do well this offseason. They'll have some draft picks to get younger finally. And then I think they will use their expiring contracts to get somebody very useful for Lebron.

I hope they try and get Pietrus. Or make a huge move for Monta Ellis.

I agree. The inability of some posters to see in anything but black and white baffles me.

James joked that the MVP-clinching dunk he dropped on Dallas' Dirk Nowitzki in the final minute of the All-Star game was payback. "I was mad at Dirk because he stole my point guard," James said, referring to Jason Kidd, whom James was hoping the Cavs would try to get in a trade. "I couldn't get him back no other way."
Seriously Lebron, enough is enough...

It's amazing to me how many people on the internet misinterpreted this article completely. But I think that's what Sam Smith was trying to do.

It sounds more like sarcasm to me.
