Re: 8 yr old Griffin Stevens - future long range shooter?
Exactly. He can get away with that now playing against a bunch of 8 year olds, but he's just not tall enough to get his shot off over NBA defenders. Bust.

There's no way his legs would hold up in such a long NBA season. What does he weigh, 40/60 pounds? Baron Davis will be taking him to the block every time. On the other hand, this could be quite the gamble. What if you draft him and he is actually capable of guarding full size men? I think it's a risk that needs to be taken.
Re: 8 yr old Griffin Stevens - future long range shooter?
Hes already bigger than Boykins...I say give him an invite to camp.

I can't believe the NBA didn't send him an invite to participate in the 3-point shootout.
