Knowing what you know about both right now,if you had to pick one for their career who ya got? Take away all biases of what team they play for. Simple question, but give reasons.

Making the pick right now - Bynum.
He's proven to work. He's shown consistently (though over a fairly short stretch) that he can impact on the game both offensively and defensively, he's known to have the work ethic to improve (not that Oden doesn't but for Bynum its shown through his results), he's got the better skillset on offence, and he's so far proven to be less
"injury-prone" (might not sound fair but thats all we can project off of for Oden - the injuries in college, then the microfracture, is not looking good).

It's consistency - and LOL at the idea that two months of decent ball (in year #3) qualifies as proving consistency. Even better is the mention of Bynum getting the advantage for not being injury prone when he's been out for the past month.

Its a question on who you'd take now. In other words, do you believe Oden has the higher ceiling, and if so, would you be willing to take the risk of picking Oden over Bynum right now?
