By "right now", you mean this season? I'd have to go with Manu, he's simply played better than Wade.
If they'd be the #1 guy like "Who would you rather build your team around?", it'd obviously still be Wade. Noone builds a team around Manu for one..

Manu is a defensive player mixing with a little offensive skills.

Wade is a superstar player, while Ginobili is a 6th man who's been on fire as of late.
