Yep. It's been rough getting the chemistry right. Zydrunas missed almost all of those games. And they have been juggling the lineup a lot lately as Mike Brown tries to find out what he's got. They traded half their team. And while the talent is better on paper. The team hasn't gelled yet. But the potential is there. They've played well in spurts. Especially defensively.

Chemestry issues aren't exactly the ideal thing to be going through with roughly 10 games left in the season.

And yet. Here we are. Obviously the Cavs season is pretty much resting on whether Mike Brown can figure out the right rotation for all of these players quickly enough, and get them integrated into his defensive system quickly enough. We can get out of the first round even without those things happening, just because of Lebron. But if we want to beat the Celtics, the team chemistry has to improve.
One of the big gambles of any midseason trade is integrating all of the new pieces, and the Cavs pretty much flopped out half their team, while the other half was injured. So it was always going to be a struggle for this stretch.
If you look how we've been losing games, it's been in the fourth quarter and execution. That has to do a lot with the new guys still learning.

You're right, but at least it's something that can be figured out, unlike having to deal with injuries etc...

At least the talent is there to figure it out. We'd reached a point where our talent was capped out it seemed. Hopefully the trade will put us over the threshold in the playoffs. Can't wait for them to start.

Sure, in a winning cause however.

Re: More disrespect for Orlando
*bump*
Following their finals appearance last year, Cavs have now again won more games than Magic in the playoffs (where it counts) and are 2-2 mixing it up with the top team in the league, while Magic were knocked out by a team without its best player on the floor for a majority of the series (same team Cavs beat last year at full strength).
What are the odds that Idunkonyou:
a) admits magic are a tier below the legit contenders (Boston, Lakers, Detroit, S.A.)
b) admits Orlando doesn't even deserve the respect the Cav's should be getting yet
c) continues to argue Orlando is the best team in the history of basketball because of their regular season record, away regular season record, conference regular season record, head to head regular season games against specific teams, a random streak the team went on during the regular season, best starting frontcourt in the east
d) stfu and disappears for the remainder of the playoffs
