Re: More disrespect for Orlando
The Magic are 3rd in the East. They are arguably one of the top (10) teams in the league, but so are 30% of the rest of the league.
Stop thinking you're one of the elite teams and you arn't really being disrespected at all. Maybe overlooked (as the underdog) but that happens to a few teams every year.. On top of that, the Magic arn't a veteran team, and they lack real playoff experience. They've been good for the regular season, you're exactly where you should be.

Re: More disrespect for Orlando
Cleveland Cavs are becoming the most overrated team. Just because you have a top 5 player on your team, doesn't make you better than the Magic. All you can go by is regular season performances, and possible playoff series. For example we have the Magic vs. the Cavs on monday night on NBA TV I'll be watching will you ?
I would think by now, most intelligent basketball fans here could see why the Cleveland LeBrons got spanked by the Spurs last year. I would hope the intelligent basketball fans here could see that all the times Bill Russell's Celtics spanked Chamberlians teams. I would hope all the intelligent basketball fans here could see that when the greatest of all time Michael Jordan had teams far worse then what LeBron has ever had to play with, that even the great MJ couldn't swing the Bull's past the great Celtics of Bird/Parish/Mchale.
People these Cleveland Cavs team are not good enough with a top 5 player to beat half the Teams in the West in a 7 game series, and IMO are not good enough to beat the Pistons (this year) or the Boston Celtics in a 7 game series. Why ? Not because LeBron isn't a great player, like the basketball superstars I mentioned up above, but because his team just isn't as great as the other teams in the NBA. Such as the New Orleans Hornets, Houston Rockets, Phoenix Suns, San Antonio Spurs, Warriors and etc I mean the west 1 - 9 would dominate the Cavs in a 7 game playoff series. Much like I believe Boston would sweep the Cavs in a 7 game series, and I believe the Pistons would take the Cavs out in 6 games. As for the Magic, Im sure the Cleveland LeBrons could give them a run for their money, but I'm not going to bet against the Magic just yet. Lets see what happens when they play here tomorrow. Don't be shocked people if the Cleveland LeBrons lose the game.

i think Cavs can beat a few teams in the Western conference with home advantage
Rockets (without Yao)
Dallas
Warriors
Utah
Hornets
in addition, Boston would not sweep the Cavs, the Pistons will have the same amount of trouble as the past few years with Cavaliers as well
the only ELITE TEAMS imo are the Spurs, Suns, Lakers (healthy ofc) and Boston

I don't think Phoenix deserves to be mentioned either if its just those teams. Not until the Shaq-Suns continue with their recent success.
This doesn't really have anything to do with the thread but AMARE is a BEAST. Been watching him play recently this season and he's just unstoppable when he gets going..

Right now, I agree the Cavs aren't a better team than the Magic, Pistons or Boston in the East...but they CAN become until the playoffs begin.
Remember, it's all about momentum going into the playoffs. Often times, what seperates the good teams from the elite teams is team chemistry, which the cavs are currently lacking, due to the recent trades and numerous injuries.
Also, I disagree with the fact that 1-9 teams in the West would dominate the Cavs in a 7 game series. San Antonio and perhaps the Suns would dominate the Cavs right now, but I have no doubt a series with the Hornets, Lakers, Rockets or Warriors would be hard fought.
Cavs tend to play much better against the elite teams and too lackadaisical against the weakers squads. That's not something to be proud of, but it's a fact nonetheless...that's why I have a feeling that we'll see a hungry Cavs team in the playoffs, on par with the Bostons and Detroits. Actually, I predict they'll come out the east. (runs for cover...lol)
