Who sees the Suns conquering the West?
Greetings everyone (new to the boards). Who thinks the Suns can make it out of the West (assuming no injuries and no rules breaking)?

they have a good shot, the only threats are the Spurs and Lakers, but the Lakers play no defense and the Spurs are just old

The Suns have a really great chance if Duncan, Parker, Ginobili, Paul, West, Kobe, Odom, Boozer, Williams, and Nowitzki go down.....
Otherwise with all things being equal, it's a crapshoot in which any team can lose in any round!

LOL anyone of the top 6 could get the 1st seed even the Jazz.
I have a feeling it will be the Hornets though they have an easy schedule ahead.

I'd say they're in the Top 4 West teams, not sure if they can take out San Antonio or even LA in a 7 game series though. With a bit of luck (seedings, etc.) its very possible.

Sure they can.
Will they? Who knows? If that team stays healthy, they have just as good a chance as the Spurs, Jazz, Hornets, and Lakers.
Really the West is going to be determined largely by who plays who in the first round. For example, if Houston draws Utah in the first round, they are finished. If they draw Golden State, well they have a better chance.

To me, it seems like they've been overlooked lately. All the talk up top in the west has been about the Hornets, Lakers, Rockets and Spurs. The Suns should be right up there in that conversation.

Id say they have a chance, but the lakers have a fairly easier schedule(even though they lost to the grizzlies, wich I consider it a gimmie).
