Is this the most playoff seeds ever to get decided on the last day?
Anyone know? The 3,5,6,7,8 are still undecided in the West. Is that the most to be decided on the final day?

The 4 is undecided as well, and I'd guess that it is the most to be decided on the final day.

that is beyond incredible. it almost feels like the slots will be determined by the ballcage (for lack of a better term, the encasement which holds the lottery balls while they are being juggled).
extraordinary is the word which best describes this nba season. great great year for the nba. after the tim donaghy issues, things pick right back up. the principle of rhythm is in full effect.

so let me get this right because I don't know...
even if the hornets win, they are still second because Lakers has the tie breaker? I'm guessing tie breakers are based on the series between the teams who are tied?
IF the hornets lose and Spurs win, spurs are still 3rd because Hornets have the tie breaker over the spurs?

Yeah, 4 is also undecided. If the Jazz beat the Spurs tonight, they get the 3 seed.

Yeah, I believe they would own the tiebreaker because they'd have a better conference record. If I'm not mistaken, if they end up with the same record, they'll also end up with a split season series and division record, but they'd have on more win than the spurs in their conference records.
