No, Thomas and his guys weren't the only ones in the wrong Saturday. The Nuggets have their own issues. But when it was over, at least they weren't crying, at least they weren't punking.
It's all gone in New York now – the pride, the respect, the dignity. This isn't just a bad team; this is a bad act. A once proud franchise and fan base brought to its knees as its pathetic coach makes excuses and whines for mercy.

'Dre is a decent point guard. A "pass-first point guard". Point guards that are good long range shooters aren't generally "pure pass-first point guards". The "pure pass-first point guard" normally gets that way because he isn't much of a long range shooter. I mean, essentially, you're saying that he'd be great if only he were running with Steve Nash or Deron Williams, which rates a gigantic "duh".

Yeah, maybe a true PG like Andre Miller and a PF like Reggie Evans.

Re: Denver now listening offers for Melo?
I'm not sure who would want Martin's large contract, but he and Iverson would be the ones I would trade. The Melo/Iverson experiment has failed and they need to rectify the situation. Kidd would be good alongside Melo.

No way Melo goes for that unless that pick is top 3.

The Knicks should pitch Denver if they land the second or third pick. Miami, too. Wade/'Melo would be a pretty lethal combination (presuming that 'Melo can live with being the second option).

Re: Denver now listening offers for Melo?
someone on the Raptor board posted an idea and I thought it might be considerable.
Calderon+Parker+Garbojosa+Nesterovic+1st round pick this year + and/or future pick
for Melo and Nene/Kmart.
It's basically Calderon and picks along with 17 mil of expiring contract and the opportunity to get rid of Nene/Kmart. Probably throw in Bargnani in there as well if anyone sees value in him.

I read that it could be Jefferson, Krstic, Marcus & Sean Williams plus this year's lotto pick for Melo & Camby. That is a whole lot to give up for the Nets, but they'd a real nice team out in the East. Thoughts?
