Re: Denver now listening offers for Melo?
they need to keep melo. They should trade JR Smith while his value is at an alltime high right now. Trade or let Iverson go. Get a good point guard. Fire George Karl. Possibly hire Avery.

Re: Denver now listening offers for Melo?
they need to get rid of melo and AI... i personally don't think melo is a winner. he's very good on offense, but he's not that versatile (takes a lot of jumpers). he's horrible on defense. not even a decent passer.

he is a decent passer. the problem is iverson is so damn selfish that melo might only get the ball 30 times a game, so he then becomes selfish jacking up jumpers. and hes a good defender when he tries, but he doesnt try.
anyway melo is not going anywhere unless it involves a top 2 pick (i wish). i doubt we get rid of him even if that offer is there tho...
camby and iverson better go (hopefully)

No, Thomas and his guys weren't the only ones in the wrong Saturday. The Nuggets have their own issues. But when it was over, at least they weren't crying, at least they weren't punking.
It's all gone in New York now – the pride, the respect, the dignity. This isn't just a bad team; this is a bad act. A once proud franchise and fan base brought to its knees as its pathetic coach makes excuses and whines for mercy.

Re: Denver now listening offers for Melo?
Melo just doesn't seem like a franchise player to me... But why push for getting rid of Melo when you have AI? At least get rid of the older one...

Re: Denver now listening offers for Melo?
Trade everyone. Melo's a pseudo franchise player. He'll score and make himself look the part, but he's not the answer. Trade him while his value is high, it's only going to get lower.
