I say no. Avery took a very high-profile team to a playoff-choking, constantly out-coached team in Dallas. How would he improve Boston?

Avery has lasted as many games vs the hornets as the spurs have. cut him a break. his only real blemish is that golden state series.

^ I don't consider the Golden State series too much of a blemish. I expected Golden State to win that series. I thought they were the better team and matched up really well with Dallas.
