id take brand anyday cause he's a more reliable 1st option to have. he can fit any team and still produce (not taking away anything from marion though). you can build around brand while when you have marion, as others say, he's like the best role player out there providing the intangibles or hustle that can do almost everything on the court.
you cant go wrong on any choice

but id love to see him on a contender, so he can get some recognition, at his healthy best hes the third best power forward IMO

I'd have to go with Brand. Marion fades in the postseason and is an overrated man defender.
I'd like to see Brand consistently in the postseason, he needs to get out of LA.
