Trade Bosh for Melo...dever needs to trade him...and bosh isnt fitting...move lebron to point guard so they would have massive size and defense on the perimter. lebropn controls the fast break now...and imagine if he has 2 finishers running with him...it would be unstoppable...

start big z at center (when he started at center for cleveland, they were the best defensive team in the league that year). he spaces the floor, has size, and plays D. and Joel Anthony or Haslem at PF. (JA for the size and shotblocking, or Haslem for the defense and shooting...

but lebron needs to play pg...because wade and melo can score off the ball...lebron needs the ball on offense...he is a creator...he CAN play off the ball, but it isn't his nature...it's like asking chris paul to play off ball...lebron has been a PG for most of his life...let him play his natural position...it will be a complete mismatch on both ends

Although it's much too late, the Heat franchise recognizes, as does even the segment of casual sports fans, that there is an irreparable flaw with the 'big three': they simply don't complement one another.

There is too much overlap in their offensive skillsets, so it's akin to having one great player, rather than three. Each takes turns driving to the basket. If one of them kicks the ball out to the other two, the play starts over and they drive to the basket again.

No amount of brilliant coaching will easily rectify this situation. It will remain a flawed offense regardless of who's at the helm (grease helmet Spoelstra, Riles, heck, bring in Lavin!).

With a soft Bosh, Z in the middle, and Arroyo at the point, the majority of the Heat's starting defenders is horribly inept compared to their elite competition.

This team is obviously not championship material.

Let's all enjoy the meltdown/implosion/comedic crisis already unfolding.

What the Heat need to win?

Put a "for sale" sign on the head of Chris Bosh when he is on the court.
