Re: BBF 2000's All Decade Team
Eh. Talent wise he blows a guy like Ray Allen out of the water, but how valuable is Wade on a team that already has Kobe and LeBron? They both do what he does, just at a higher level. I feel like bringing in a shooter off the bench helps balance this team better, especially in situations where a Kidd/?/LeBron/Duncan/Shaquille lineup is possible.
I would honestly rather swap Webber in for Dirk than omit Allen for Wade. At least when you take out Dirk's shooting you get C-Webb's passing ability.

Re: BBF 2000's All Decade Team
We need some more voters. It looks like Dirk will be in, but there are tight races for the last two spots.

Re: BBF 2000's All Decade Team
I didn't read the OP and was basing votes off of accomplishments/resume.... in case anyone is wondering why I threw Allen Iverson a vote.
I will say, that for a guy that scored 30 ppg something like 6 times in that decade and made the all-star team literally every year of the decade, I'm surprised at how little love he gets. Allen Iverson put teams on his back... and seemed to have a better success rate than a guy like Tracy McGrady, who people seem to love now that his career is over.

Re: BBF 2000's All Decade Team
Iverson was the solution and the problem for those teams - he was a ball pounding clock eating high volume low efficiency chucker
and no way does he work well with the rest of this team - Kobe would choke him out within 5 minutes of his first floor time Ray Allen I can see over Wade if all youre worried about is the shooting, the argument can certainly be made at least |

Your All-Offense team doesn't have Kobe?

Re: BBF 2000's All Decade Team
Or Dirk. There are some pretty great offensive players on that roster.
