Y'all know what to do. Votes will be counted in the thread and replying is encouraged.

So far we've got

1.) Jordan
2.) Wilt
3.) Magic
4.) Kareem
5.) Russell
6.) Bird
7.) Shaq

I like the list so far. It'd be ideal if Kareem and Wilt swapped places but I'm not going to complain. I think we've done pretty well.

I am very torn on this one. There's only two guys that I believe deserve to get chosen here, and that's Duncan and Kobe. They're both arguably my favorite players of all time. It kills me to go against Kobe but I think Duncan edges him here.

And people complain about the NBA being topheavy now....

Eh, Wilt doesn't count as a Laker and one could argue that Kareem had his best years on the Bucks, but yeah I get your point.

I have the highest praise for tim duncan, and Hakeem was a hell of a player.

Still, i'm going all-out on this one.

Althought i hate the mudafuker, Kobe Bryant gets my vote.
He has all the individual and colective accolades.
But better yet, he is the most fearsome non-center (only wilt) the game has ever produced.

I wish i could pick a guy like Jerry west (a class-act and amazing player) in this spot.
But i take winning in some consideration.

So, yeah, F! It's Kobe.

Nostalgia is an awful criteria to use for this guys.

Duncan should win because hes got better accolades and nearly identical statistics. I would have chosen him over Shaq last round.

I like Duncan here - not as flashy as Hakeem but just as effective, more rings more sustained excellence

I'm not seeing Hakeem over Duncan here. Timmy is slightly better across the board.
