That all being said, LA is loaded, I don't think they need anything.
Neither Philly or Boston is better than Indy, let alone Miami. Boston down graded and Bynum isn't a franchise guy.

Laughable opinion.

Re: What does Lakers need to take out Heat?

Just to clarify I never said Nash was a better player just he would be 3rd highest scorer. Pau hence will need to up his defence to contribute more being 4th option offensively. I sorry Meeks Bryant wing combo is too small. While MWP can't seem to hit a three anymore.

Boston unquestionably upgraded. Anyone saying they downgraded must think ray and stiemsma are better than terry and jeff green. That's just silly to say.

Terry is a huge upgrade over Allen? Jeff ****ing Green? No mention of KG and Pierce being yet another year older?

Boston is not a better team than last year.

I didn't say he was a huge upgrade. He is indeed an upgrade, though. Jeff green will be a big upgrade over anyone from that abysmal Boston bench last year. I also think Jared Sullinger will make an immediate impact for them. They are an improved team.

Re: What does Lakers need to take out Heat?

Now it is my turn. Deeper roster can allows Lakers to rest their aging starters for playoffs.

These are the Lakers need:

1. Need three 3 point shooters at all time. Nash and Jamison are not enough. Jamison can get average 25 pts per game. Need another strong 7 footer Antown Jamison. Jordan Hill need to be traded.

2. Need to deal Meeks and Duhon for someone like Nick Young (Clippers). Meeks is an excellent 3 point shooter.

2. Old Lakers run very fast. Horward runs like a Forward. Nash and Kobe runs offense better than DRose. Lakers need both Princeton offense and triangle offense.

AJ picking the Lakers is like the kiss of death.

I find this notion quite funny.

The Magic were top 5 in defensive ratings from 2009-2011 with players like Hedo, Lewis, Nelson, and Jason Richardson.

Dwight's ability to cover ground will make them an elite defensive team, just like Nash's ability to run an offense will make them an elite offensive team.

Heat have Battier and Allen.
Depends on what you mean by option. Pau is the second best scorer on the lakers.

Wait you say they need more 3pt shooting and then say Jamison can get 25ppg and to trade Meeks?? If Meeks is an excellent shooter then why are you trading him? Jordan Hill needs to be traded for what? He's an excellent backup. And will do a great job coming in for Pau/Howard.

I've always wondered, where are you from? I'm not buying California.

Not on this website. On this website Pau is a bad third option.

What?

Lakers don't need another big. They can beat Miami as it. As far as meeks and young their 3pt% is pretty much the same. Meeks appears to be the better rebounder while playing less mins. same thing with the steals per game. And why would the lakers need the triangle & princeton? Miami is gonna have a hard enough time trying to defend the Nash & Howard pick & roll.
