2012-2013 the top 5 most-watched games of the regular season

Predictions

1. Lakers vs Heat

2. Knicks vs Nets

3. Lakers vs Thunder

4. Spurs vs Lakers

5. Rockets vs Knicks - I predict young Rockets to defeat old Knicks (6 or 7 superstars).

Disagree? please replace it.

Re: 2012-2013 the top 5 most-watched games of the regular season

No one cares about Knicks/Nets outside of New York.

Being a Heat fan, I can't help but throw the Finals re-match and Heat/Celtics into the hat.

And if we're just doing five games, shouldn't Lakers/Heat and Heat/Lakers be there? That's 2. Lakers/Thunder could be four. There are 8 games between the 3 most-hyped teams. See where I'm going?

Lakers/Heat
Heat/Celtics
Lakers/Thunder
Heat/Thunder
Derrick Rose's return game

Wildcard could be Lakers/Celtics, Magic/Bobcats, and Net/Knicks might get into it.

Magic/Bobcats has a good chance, but I think Pistons/Suns might just nudge it out.

I fail to see how a team that posted the worst record in the history of the NBA last season, facing off against a team that lost their all star center and didn't get one back for it, will be anywhere close to having as many people watch their games as the ones that have been listed here so far.

Yeah it was a joke, thought I could just plug it in quietly without making it seem like it was a joke cause this is a Ballscientist™ thread.

Okay good I almost thought Drizzay hacked your account there for a minute.

Dallas/Celtics might have a shot as well but I doubt it.

You are oblivious to sarcasm aren't you? The fact that you first thought he was serious speaks volumes of your intelligence.

A lot of people are oblivious to sarcasm. Some of the smartest people in the world can't understand sarcasm. It's actually a very common thing. Also considering how we're on the internet, sarcasm suddenly becomes much harder to understand, especially when it's typed in a serious tone like he did. And also, the ability to understand sarcasm has nothing to do with intelligence, this is very common knowledge, something that you clearly don't know about, which doesn't surprise me to the least bit.

Give it up Drizzay. You try to say something smart against me and I just end up using your own statements against you. I wish you were at least smarter than a hamster, this has gotten so easy that it's starting to not be fun anymore. Or are you just trolling again like you always do?

P.S. A lot of people with Aspergers, something I have, also lack the ability to understand sarcasm btw. So congrats Drizzay, you just suddenly dropped to an all time low on the pile of shit list. Great job man.
