Why pull a rookie in preseason? Perhaps there was a major mistake or two made.

Man, there's just nothing good about those Charlotte uniforms. Didn't realize how awful the shorts were.

I understand the efficacy of negative reinforcement, but I'd think they'd want to give the rook as many reps as possible.

Then again, Toronto ain't no contender, so he can get those reps in the regular season when he gets his shit straight.
