Lakers playing much better than I thought they would. This would be as big of a game to win as any 8 games into the season.

Despite the Spurs' record, they really haven't been playing too well all season. They've struggled to pull out a win in all but the Pacers game.

^Noticed a lot of, what I consider in my limited viewings of SA to be, uncharacteristic decision-making on their part.

Still, I think that loss was better than any of their wins.

Danny Green came a long way

What I worry about with D'Antoni is he doesn't know how to stand up to anybody. MWP is taking too many shots and that could very well lose them games as he's going to be oncourt at the end of the game.

Bickerstaff showing his vulnerability there too with that final play..D'Antoni for all his faults is one of the best one set creators in the game out of a time out. About time for a real coach
