What is the reason today's big man (PF/C) can't score over 22 points a game?
Most big man today have average 10 points or so a game.
In the history, the big man can score over 50 points a game. Olajuwan, Shaq, DRobinson usually have average 28 points per game. Today's big man Tim Duncan could lead the big man in scoring. What is the reason today's big man can't score over 22 points a game? possible reasons: 1. The big man now focus on passing, not scoring; 2. The big man now focus on defense, not scoring; 3. The big man now have no balls; 4. Today's big man sucks. 5. other reasons

You are aware that Kevin Love averaged 26 points per game last year right?

this is not a new phenomenon - throughout the history of the game a good 60%+ of starting centers have been scrubby - this was the case even during the great age of Hakeem/Ewing/Mourning/Robinson which was also the age of Polynice/Montross/Benoit Benjamin/Muresan/Perdue/Oliver Miller/Marty Conlon/Ostertag/Andrew Lang/Shawn Bradley/Matt Geiger/Stanley Roberts etc
