Re: Today's Game Discussion [11/18/12]
Yeh, hook shots from 2-8 feet really aren't that hard, especially when your arms almost reach over the rim and your opponents are significantly shorter than you. I thought the problem might've been Hibbert's lack of touches, but even the games when he gets 10-15 shot attempts, he still shoots poorly.

He's the exact same player. He has always had the same weaknesses. People just got ahead of themselves with a handful of games against shitty teams in a lockout year.

Yeah the Pacers and Sixers were over-pumped by the basketball world last season because they beat up on the dregs of the East. He got a max deal because he's huge, plays good D, and already exceeded his greatly diminished expectations after initially being considered a top talent. Him being an All-Star last year was Jamal Magloire-esque.

Well, Jeremy Lin is, so Hill shouldn't be too much of a surprise.

Lets not forget Miami has started Mario Chalmers regularly also...
Andray Blatche is 10/10 off the bench in the 3rd. Wow.

Re: Today's Game Discussion [11/18/12]
Im surprised he didnt have 8 turnovers to those 10 assists. Impressive, im guessing this is first or second triple double in his career.
Detroit blowing out Boston right now. Funny to watch

Re: Today's Game Discussion [11/18/12]
Yeah I flipped it to NBATV and they were showing that. You're playing what is apparently your best player 38 minutes in a game that was never close, just so that he can pad his stats. I really don't understand the logic of that, unless you're afraid that Rondo will melt down over it if you don't. If he gets hurt in that situation you're going to get crucified over it.

Re: Today's Game Discussion [11/18/12]
Absolutely pathetic by Doc and Rondo. You get embarrassed by the worst team in the league and you're worried about keeping a streak alive. The box score is hilarious. Only Barbosa and Green registered assists beyond Rondo. One each.
