Have to wait to see who Charlotte's best player is. Hopefully it will be MKG, but it could be him, Kemba or Gerald Henderson.

Monta Ellis, Brandon Jennings when he's on a streak. Otherwise, no question it's Monta.

As shorter guards they both play complimentary roles so I think it's fair to say they're our two best players.

Best all-around player is Arron Afflalo. Obviously neither he nor Big Baby are suited to be a number one option in the NBA, but Afflalo is proven to be a good complimentary player on offense and a very good defender. Nicholson has offensive talent, Harkless looks like he's going to be a good player. Jameer is Jameer. Vucevic is not terrible, he has some skill for a guy his size. Ayon is atrocious, Moore is a solid shooter, McRoberts isn't going to play for a good team but fits a role on a rebuilding team like the Magic. But yea, Afflalo's the best player on the Magic.
