Pekovic is an above-average starting center. There's plenty of teams who would love to get 15 and 8 from a legitimate big man. He's no star, but you can slot him at center and feel good about it.

Budinger and Barrea were brought in specifically to be role players, and Roy was always a low-risk gamble, not "the guy". Should we start talking about how bad Miami is because Mario Chalmers wouldn't hack it as a backup on certain teams?

Maybe send Williams to Charlotte, with Ramon Sessions and one of the protected first rounders they have (DET or POR) to Sacramento, as well as Memphis' first to the Kings, with Evans coming to Minny.

Sessions could actually make a little sense of that offense and throw decent entry passes to Cousins, and some additional draft picks would make it easier to sell to the fans and replace some of the clowns they need to get rid of.

10 of their games have been against the dregs of the league. They can't play Sacto, Bobcats, Orlando and Toronto all season.
