- best dynamic, versatile bench in the league
- athletic front court in the league
- Griffin exciting young player improved offensively and defensively
- Grant hill and chauncey billups not even a factor yet
- what's scary still improving

They're playing well. I've said since the start of the season their bench will get them a lot of regular season wins. I knew putting them at 5th in my preseason seeding prediction was wrong, but VDN just kept telling me "leave us there." Denver and LA have really screwed up my West seeds.

They have been contenders since day 1. If they can stay free of injuries, I don't see anyone stopping them.

Yeah they are contenders
Out West though I truly think its very open whoever is on a roll could come out of there.
Clippers Thunder Spurs Grizzlies and I have not counted out the Lakers yet. I would not count out any of these teams knocking off the Heat.

I think Nuggets and Warriors and one other team(wide open (minus Kings Hornets Suns)) will help make up the numbers and could cause an upset in round one and maybe in the Conf SF. But they are not going all the way

They are definitely the most entertaining team in the league, in spite of the fact that none of the games seem to be very close of late.

I think they will beat the Spurs if they faced off in the Playoffs. Pop isn't allowed to rest his old guys so they'll be pretty worn down.

They're doing a hell of a job right now. Most fun team to watch and they're dominating their opponents. I can see them getting to the Finals or just as easily losing in the 2nd round, though. Showtime might've won championships in the 80s but I feel like it won't be as easy to do so right now with teams like OKC, San Antonio, Memphis, the other LA team (don't discount them folks), and Miami out East.
