@itsaveryjohnson: This is a fuxking Outrage. My dad is a great coach, he just got coach of the month and they Fire him. #Smh. Completely new team he had.
@itsaveryjohnson: The expectations were way to high for this team. We didn't even have a losing record.... Didn't even give my dad a full season. #OUTRAGE
@itsaveryjohnson: I'm sorry are best players couldn't make open shots. Yeah that's my dads fault totally...

Doubt that's Avery's kid. You do know that AJ is a hardcore christian right?

This is odd. Two starters (Lopez and Wallace) have been struggling with injuries and have missed a quarter of the team's games so far, while Deron Williams' wrist hasn't looked right yet. Kris Humphries looks like he's hurting inside and out, and Marshon Brooks hasn't been up to par yet either...

I see your point, but I think if anyone wanted a black coach to work out for them it was probably Brooklyn (Atlanta right behind them)

Oh, and Wallace was pissed too;

Gerald: “Guys are content with the situation we are in & I'm f------ pissed off about us losing, especially losing the way we are losing.”

— Rod Boone (@rodboone) December 27, 2012

"It’s mind-boggling that we’re in the situation we’re in," Wallace continued. "As good of a team as we are, as good as started off ... you saw the potential we had as a team, and the talent we have as a team. And yet, still, instead of team, it’s more of ‘I.’ "

"Our main thing is we’ve got to get back to a team concept, all for one. Offensively and defensively, when we move the ball, we execute, we take care of the ball, we make the extra pass. ... We’ve got to do everything as a team instead of relying on one guy to do this and one guy to do that."

If they get an offensive coach, he will start Teletovic over Humphries and this team will be off and running.

daldridgetnt Phil Jackson's longtime representative, Todd Musburger, tells me via text that Jackson "has no interest in the Nets' job at this time."
