Re: Today's Game Discussion [12/28/12]
They have called touch fouls on both teams the entire second half. It may have been weak, but it was very consistent.

Ill take you word for it, I only saw the first. But for the final 20 seconds? Weak.
And then they do the same thing on Jefferson 30 feet from the hoop.

All second half it has been exactly the same. Ticky tack foul after ticky tack foul.

Lol at the jazz announcers bitching about the ticky tack call and "no games should be decided by the free throw line!" After just being gifted that foul on Blake.

Foye initiated that contact. I don't care how the rest of the game had been called. Barnes did nothing wrong.

Re: Today's Game Discussion [12/28/12]
Jazz announcers and fans bitching about that no call, when the only thing you could call would be on Foy...Who should have gone straight up instead of trying to draw a foul that wasn't there. Foy could have gotten a decent look if he'd just shot the ball.

Re: Today's Game Discussion [12/28/12]
Exactly. Barnes had his hands at his sides. That's a decent look to win the game, if he didn't lean in like that unnecessarily.

Re: Today's Game Discussion [12/28/12]
That call on Jefferson was an obvious make-up call.
Great comeback, down 19 and get the W. Pretty tought back-to-back coming up on the 1st and 2nd against Denver and Golden St. Then its on to the Lakers... |

Re: Today's Game Discussion [12/28/12]
Bench did not look good for the Clipshow tonight. Odom was out of sorts. Crawford was not in rhythm. Bledsoe was a little out of control. Barnes was the only effective bench player. If that game hadn't been called so tight and Paul wasn't parading to the line the whole 4th quarter... the Jazz would have eked that one out. That being said, LA stayed very poised. They have moxie this season.

Re: Today's Game Discussion [12/28/12]
The fouls being called both ways were a little ridiculous. But that was a Chris Paul game. The team was struggling and he put on his scoring hat and took over down the stretch.
