Pekovic is a beast. I think David West deserves some consideration at the 4. He's a bit undersized and not the weight of some other 4's but the man is jacked. He can back anyone in the league underneath the basket from the top of the key, except maybe Howard or Perk.

Chuck Hayes is strong as hell in terms of lower body strength and leverage because the man has tree trunks for legs, but his upper body doesn't look all that strong to me.

Nate Robinson while being lightweight looks strong. Arms look yoked and we all know the type of explosiveness he's got in those legs.

Emeka Okafor, Carl Landry, Kris Humphries and Blake Griffin are all pretty strong.

Just looking at the bench press from the pre-draft combine (which doesn't tell you that much) is kind of interesting:

I also think Scott Machado is probably the most cut/muscular PG in the league. Also, Jeremy Pargo is incredibly strong.

Bench press favors the guys with T-Rex arms. It does not matter too much how strong you actually are, a guy with really long arms is not going to be as good at bench press as someone who doesn't have as far to move the weight. The combine numbers always reflect this as well.

Lebron is all muscle, and artest clearly has more body fat which does NOT translate to strength.

Artest has very, very, very little body fat. If we compared their percentages, his would be as low as or lower than Lebron's.

Chuck Hayes is an interesting case.

He is strong enough that you can't back him down but on the other hand, he can't back anybody down with his strength either...

Bynum has good low post moves but I don't know how much of it is because of strength and the other part that is skills.
