According to this article in USA Today, MWP's body fat was around 8.6% early this past offseason before he started an intense offseason workout regimen. I would venture to say he's around 7% (or lower) at this point after a few months of NBA action. Lebron might be at that level of fitness or he might not, but either way they are very close.
