Officer Jillian Russell, a police spokeswoman, says the assault reportedly happened around 3:30 a.m. Tuesday in a room at the Four Seasons Hotel. Police are investigating, and Russell says no one has been charged.

The Nets say the investigation involves a member of their team, which plays at Philadelphia on Tuesday night. General Manager Billy King says the team will have no further comment until the investigation is concluded and that all of the team's players will be available for Tuesday's game against the Sixers.

Police tell WCAU-TV that a 21-year-old woman was taken from the hotel to a local hospital.

It's Andray Blatche, or specifically someone that he knows is being accused of it. Blatche is alleged to have been in the same hotel suite, but not the bedroom where the crime was allegedly committed.

No one on the team has been declared a suspect yet. Andray Blatche tweeted, "Im ok and I didn't do anything jus was n the area when it happened".

Let's not forget the possibility that it was consensual and her eyes lit up afterwards and now she's looking for a payout. Crude of me to broach this conjecture, but you never know these days.

If it wasn't Blatche, and was just one of his buddies, I doubt it. Beyond that, I don't really want to speculate on an alleged sexual assault until more details come out.
