It's pretty crazy with all the basketball Lebron played last year....he's putting together one of the best season's of all-time.

I feel like a lot of titles would have the opposite effect. They feel they can cruise through the regular season and turn it on in April/May/June.

Would you consider a team well rested if they went hard for the first 60 games and then looked to see if the record was achievable? Yes. The Bulls were 41-3 in the first end of the season. The record was there for them to take.

Also, I call total BS on the league being watered down. The Houston Rockets were defending Champions but were only the 5th seed that year and were the 6th seed the previous season.

You can't deny that when you spread out talent and increase roster spots - the league is going to be a bit watered down. Personally - I think that the level of watering down is negligible, but you can not possibly argue that the concentration of talent is as potent as it was the year before.

Because you choose not to. As I posted, Houston won as the sixth seed and returned a team largely unchanged from the previous season.

From the 60s sure. The expansion had a minimal effect and is an argument that is made to try and take away from a season that emphatically beat every other team in history. Everyone wants to say that the Bulls weren't that dominant (Celtics and Lakers fans mostly) but they were and Jordan was still unquestionably the best player in the NBA.

What's scary about the 72 and 10 Bulls is that some of those ten losses were actually close games. : ) They could have just as easily finished 74 and 8.
