Re: When do you go for 72-10?
Bulls wouldn't win 70 today, especially not with the demographics of the league. There are way more teams equipped to deal with the SG-SF dominance of the Bulls (Thunder, Heat to name a couple). The league is rich with athletic wings now. The 90's Bulls had the luxury of having arguably the two best wing players in basketball, and that was the weakest position in the 90's. Teams were simply not equipped to deal with them.

Re: When do you go for 72-10?
Let's not forget the mental games too.
Some teams expected to lose to the Bulls just because they were the Bulls. It's like going into the ring against Mike Tyson. Some of us would just expect to get knocked out -even if we possibly could win.

Re: When do you go for 72-10?
Well, really, it was your claim that the league was better now, so your burden of proof. But I guess I do disagree... if anything, I think there is a relative dearth of good SGs in the NBA right now... and at SF, hell, I just watched Luol Deng make the last two all-star games in the East.
