Knicks only request for 1 first round pick AND young players for Melo.

This deal could also be similar to the move that brought Kevin Love to the Cavaliers before his contract ran out with the Minnesota Timberwolves, although Cleveland was forced to give up Andrew Wiggins in that trade.

That's too much for Melo.

Paul George would be just a rental. Can't see any team too much in return for PG. Pacers may be able to get more near the trade deadline.

They hold on to PG till the deadline and their 2018 pick gets worst.

I'd like to keep Nance but maybe throw in our 2019 first rounder (or the 2020 pick if rules otherwise don't allow that) - maybe stretch Mozgov and try to get additional work done in FA market this summer if that comes to fruition

Somebody mentioned that Randle, Russell and George share the same agent so it's unlikely that they'll be moved for each other.

Ingram is untouchable. I would assume the 2nd pick is too.

That leaves JC, Nance and Zubac as the only young assets.

Re: George to Cavs: Pacers asking for a substantial trade package of talent and draft picks for George. Compare to Melo package.

Street rumors say Pacers are asking for 3 things:

T Thompson

Cavs future first round pick

one of this year top 8 picks (need to via trade)

Cavs want to keep Irving and Love for the moment.

Cavs are down 0-3 to Warriors because TT has average 3 points and 4 boards for the first 3 games.
