Whose great teams do you miss the most?
Bad thread title, i know...
There are some teams that used to be great and now are just middle-of-the-pack ones...
What are the teams you kinda feel sorry for not being able to stand the test of time and excellence they once displayed?
Celtics?
Lakers?
Blazers?
Knicks?

i say blazers, i liked them they had a darn good, title contending team for awhile --but everyone has to have a starting over point some time

Yeah I miss those Blazers too. Pip, Sheed, Damon, Sabonis... Man they easily became one of my favorite teams. They just never recovered from that conference finals loss to the Lakers. Such a shame.

the old knicks and the old raps. i can remember like it was yesterday vc going at ai in the semis, and then when people feared going ny now they put it as a w before they even go

Even though I am not a celtics fan the Boston Celtics under Read Aurbach. They were, year in and year out champions. They made a run in the NBA that has not been duplicated yet. The bulls with their 6 championships in 8 years was not even close to what the Celtics did.
