I disagree.
Lebron James has the 10th. Magic has the 11th.
Yes, I'm an unabashed homer. But it's definitely an interesting thing to note, considering his 1st year was a very low PER (18.3) compared to what we'll routinely see for most of the rest of his career.

Man, looking at those career PER numbers makes me remember just how underappreciated the Admiral is here. Truly one of the most unstoppable players of his generation. All forgotten because of a bad playoff series against Hakeem.
He's also one of my favorite players of all time. Quite possibly the classiest individual to ever set foot on a basketball court.

Haha! I know, I found that out about three weeks ago when I typed that on the Cavs board. I was like, "WTF? Really? It's that bad?"
