I think it is Vince Carter. I am a Raptor fan, and a Vince hater, but man, the dude completely dwarfed all other dunk competitions in that anilhation he put on in 2000.....Those dunks were unbelievable. He has gotten alot of REALLY nice in-game dunks too (mostly in his Toronto days), and he threw down the greatest posterization ever over Fred Weiss in the 2002 Olympics.

The only guys that should get mentioned are Dominique, Vince, MJ, and Dr. J...

IMO it is Carter and it isn't even close. As I've stated many times I think Carter, in terms of dunking, was the perfect combo of the hangtime and fluidity of Jordan and the power of Nique. Carter pretty much ruined the dunk contest for everyone else.

I have seen them all, and Carter is by far the best one ever. I would put Shawn Kemp up there as well. He was an athletic beast in the early-mid 90's
