i have a hard time not having magic or bird. and while pippen was great, he falls way short of larry legend, imo.

i'll go without magic though, and go with part-time pg jerry west alongside jordan. west brings strong defense (at the pg spot - can guard the quick pgs magic can't), and shooting, along with being an excellent all-around player and passer. of course, having magic wouldn't be a bad thing either, as he is, to me, the greatest ever at the pg spot (with oscar his only real competition).

duncan, as a true pf (not a c playing pf) gets the nod at the 4.

the 5 is tough - so many choices. i'll go with the young lew alcindor, who did it all.

west
jordan
bird
duncan
alcindor

pretty unstoppable all-around, and strong defensively as well.

Malone and Stockton aren't really in the same league as those guys, David Robinson even less. Shaq, Lebron, KG, whoever has them on any all time team must be on crack.

KG can't guard crap out of the paint. What are you people talking about. KG, as I said is good, but he's basically a Center, a poor man's Hakeem. Hakeem was a better defender, scored more, rebounded better, shot a better percentage and had a better range than KG. Much better player, there is no contest there.
Dude sometimes I wonder whether you're talking about the same league that I follow. KG can't guard outside the paint ? Are YOU on crack ? He averages 1.39 steals per game for his career and TMAC himself said that scoring when Garnett is guarding him is very very challenging. The last time I checked TMAC was NOT a power forward or a center. Garnett is perhaps the most athletic big man to ever play the game considering what he does with his 7 foot frame. He will go down as the most versatile big man of my era and perhaps in history considering that he plays in a league that is more skilled and faster adapting than perhaps any league of any other era. It's ok to not put him on your All-Time starting five, heck, I probably would'nt even have him there, but dont belittle so great a player. The least he deserves from you is some respect considering he'll be a well deserved MVP this year. It seems people have called you out and had issues with you in the past therealdeal and from your offensive tone and very strange views on different players , I can see why they've wanted to confront you.
