I used to do these a lot way back when (mostly the ones run in the Suns forum I think), so the fact that this thread was up on my first visit after a long while seems like a sign.

Whatifsports is fun and I play around with their free sample seasons a lot myself, but drafting a team to do well in their somewhat idiosyncratic sim is very different from drafting a team that I think would do well in "real life". Generally I have more fun in these things just drafting and then arguing about the teams with people. But whatever you guys want to do.

As long as we decide what we are using prior to the draft. I know on these boards, members tend to like the younger, more current players over the stars of the 70's and 80's...

I will draft accordingly...
