It's no so much a question of what position West/Big O/Couze/Gil played in my mind. The question is: can any of them be effective without the ball in their hands for the majority of the game?

I'll follow the first rule of basketball and vote Sonics.
But the Hornets playing West/Big O/Iceman/Houdini is great to see. Excelent drafting!

Insanely close match up...I'm going with the contemporary roster though because in such cases I'd rather root for the players I grew up with...I really see this one as too close to call on paper..

I'll roll the dice on Kobe/Clyde outplaying the swingmen on 33's team...you certainly have to address point guard but it's my contention that in an all-star type game like this the point guard is not as essential as with most normal strength teams..and Thurman might be strong but Malone still has a sizable advantage there..I understand someone voting the other direction though.

I also love the bench energy and scoring Kemp/Amare would bring to the second unit..potentially with Kobe still on the floor

Sucks that this wound up a tie. It was bound to happen I suppose. Guess the tournament soldiers on nonetheless.

I had a super tough time deciding for this one but I think Chilltown's duo of Kobe and Malone would be a little too much to handle.
